Such a loooong day.
I woke up at 7:30 am (after hitting snooze four times)  when my mom came in and made me get up.. A shower, breakfast, coffee stop, and several train stops later, we were in Boston. We ended up getting out a stop later than we should have once we got to BU (we got off a BU Central instead of East) so we had to walk back two blocks, but we got to the admission center with 15 minutes to spare. We were waiting and flipping through a "Meet the Summer 2008 Tour Guides" book/binder and about five of them answered "Harry Potter" to the favorite book question. I'll make friends with my own kind! :o

The tour was really nice. It wasn't super in depth, but it covered a lot. We saw one of the dorms (probably a little bigger than my own room, but nice) and took a general tour around the campus so we could see where some of the schools were located and a few fun areas around campus. We also went to the library, which was pretty damn big. The guide was telling us that they have all sorts of collections (yay primary sources!) and that you can actually use them (if you wear gloves, that is!) to do research. Sweet. We also saw Batman running around the second floor. Wonder if the Joker was there...

Favorite people on the tour: Muffy and Mumsy, as we called them. :) Mumsy had a popped collar on her fancy polo and a fancy sweater tied about her shoulders. Muffy needed a nose job and from what I could tell from the other side of her bug-eyed sunglasses, did not want to be there but Mumsy dragged her there. Muffy and Mumsy also always needed to push their way to the front of the line. (When Mumsy cut my mother off as we left the library, I'm pretty sure my mother was going to trip her.) Muffy and Mumsy always needed to bring along Grandmother, Grandfather, and two unknowns. I decided that next time I shall bring every relation with me. 

After another series of train stops and a second coffee stop, we came home, dropped off some stuff, and headed to The Roche to get food + cake + balloons for Kasey's birthday. Then we came home and while Kasey did her hair and makeup, the rest of the family slaved away to get food prepped, more decorations up, and cleaning up here and there. After I finished my "chores", I went to check my email and as soon as I sit down, Kasey tosses her pinata at me and goes, "Can you find a rope for this?" Um, yeah, no. So she made Emily. 

Finally got everything done by the time people started arriving at 5:00 and decided I didn't want to stay. So I went with mi padre y mi hermana Emily to Best Buy. While my dad looked for what he needed, I checked out some laptops. I found one I liked better than the one I had picked out. The RAM is the same, but the memory is like.. 250g instead of 320g, but I can always buy more memory if I need to. And the screen on this thing is HUGE and it's also $50 less. ;o Going to check that out Wednesday afternoon.

Came home after that, and ate some dinner... and proceeded to watch an hour of Scrubs. That was the first really relaxing thing I did all day. Then Kasey's friends started running through the house (playing manhunt partially indoors = ANNOYING) so I was trying to figure out a plan to leave again, when lo and behold, Ray calls! And say's he'll be there in five minutes. Okay? He gets there, and Vicky is already there. Then we went and got Josh, who I haven't really hung out with in.. ages. And finally we got Stacie, who first started out squished on top of me and Josh in the backseat, but ended up in the trunk.

(I'm tired now, so I'm going to skip all the detail now.) We went to Boloco, even though half of us weren't hungry.. Then went to Barnes and Noble/Starbucks. And while we were heading back to the car once they closed, everyone but Ray stopped for some reason (still not sure why) so Ray got in and started driving away. So Stacie and Josh were going to get in carriages laying around and Vicky and I were going to push as we planned to trek home. Then Ray turned around and Vicky had pushed her cart and we all watched as it slowly avoided the front of his car, barely..... and scraped the back. But it wiped mostly off, so it wasn't bad. I think we all just about died laughing when it hit because we knew it didn't hit very hard.

Then we started to head home... We got all the way up to Maya's house before we turned towards Medway and headed up to Milford to get Wendy's (around.. 11:30?) and THEN went home. o_o I came in at like... 12:15. And now the day is finally over.

This is ridiculously long. Why did I type so much? 

I'm going to sleep now.
